As one of the fastest growing sports in the US, the Highlanders are happy to offer touch and tackle youth rugby programs in the Durham, Chapel Hill, Carrboro area. We offer programs for Ages 8 - 14 year old

Fall Season
Fall season is a great intro to rugby as we will focus more on core skills and just learning the basics. During the fall we host a couple of jamboree matches again other local area team from Raleigh, Southern Pines and Clayton. All players are welcome to join regardless of rugby knowledge!

Spring Season
Running from the beginning of January through April, the spring season focuses mainly on Rugby Union or 15 a side. This is the main season for Rugby throughout the year. We will be a part of the NCYRU Youth League where we play against teams from Charlotte, Raleigh and Southern Pines areas. All players are welcome to join regardless of rugby knowledge!
